Advantages of using a WYSIWYG editor:

2. It’s faster and easier to create web pages. You can make changes to a page layout by simply dragging the objects to their new positions.
3. You can make changes to content (text or images) in WYSIWYG editor, instead of searching for and inserting between HTML tags, or using a complex content management system.
4. WYSIWYG software runs on any windows computer.
5. you can also create background images on fly.
Disadvantages of using a WYSIWYG editor:
1. A WYSIWYG editor produces files of large sizes. The web page may take a bit longer to download.
2. The HTML code generated may not be compliant with existing web standards. Some of these editors are meant for web sites to be hosted with particular servers. Some WYSIWYG editors even produce files with their own extensions.
3. You need to fill in a lot of details, such as Meta tags and link colors for each page. Some WYSIWIG editors support CSS while editing and some don’t.
4. You need to preview the page in different browsers more often to see if the page is shaping up as you intended.
5. Web pages designed using WYSIWYG editors are rigid. They do not stretch if you put more text or images on a page. Instead they overlap on each other. Some WYSIWYG editors produce excessive div tags. It is difficult to edit these pages in an ordinary HTML editor.
6. Often these web pages are difficult to optimize for search engines.

This can be done by choosing the 'New' button in Dreamweaver, and then choosing what type of template you want from the 'Template pages' menu (you can choose HTML or PHP etc...)
Once you have created a template, you can create any look that you want for your website. You might add a table and a website banner.
You also want to add at least one 'editable region' to your template (editable regions can be found in the drop down menu for template objects).
Once you have done this, you can save the template and start creating your website pages based on this template by applying a template to a page.
The point is to build many pages of content based on one DWT template. Then when you want to update the layout of these pages, instead of having to update each one, you simply update the main .dwt file.
It is really simple to do and worth taking a few minutes to figure out.

To find out, take the same keyword and open up a Google search window. Type in the keyword/phrase in quotes and hit enter. Google will return the number of competing pages or sites on the net for your keyword phrase. The lower the better.
How do you know that people are willing to pay for your product/service
You can find out by visiting forums that are related to your niche and looking at the questions people are asking. You can register at the same forums and ask questions to determine if people are willing and able to pay for your product.
How do you monetize your blog

As I said in my previous post I have been very busy for a couple of weeks so I didn't have too many time to spare for building website templates until today when I just finished one for you to download for free.

I have been so busy last couple of weeks with my other project so I didn't have enough time for searching and reading good and informative articles one can find on the net. This morning I have find one really interesting and informative that shows you how to find high paying Keywords for adsense. This article is must read for everyone who want to increase there adsense earnings.
One might think that they could simply as a few people who run AdSense campaigns and get a good idea of what keywords pay how much. However, Google's terms and conditions for AdSense prohibit any person from sharing their earnings information with anyone else. Therefore, you are not going to find people readily to give you the keywords that pay them well. Besides, they don't want more and more people using that keyword and cutting their income, either.
This may sound as if you are being left in the dark, and to some extent you truly are. But, you can use some good common sense and make a good estimate of which keywords are likely to pay well.
One way to select keywords that are profitable is to research keywords using a keyword tool like Word Tracker. Look for keywords that are niche keywords, having very few competitors and numerous searches performed. These will likely pay rather well. The only real way to determine which of the keywords are the most profitable is to try them out. Pick a few keywords you believe are niche keywords and will pay well. Then compare those keywords once you get reports. You'll see which ones need to be dropped and which ones need to be kept. Add some new keywords to replace the ones you dropped. Wait a while and then access your reports again. It won't take long to have a very refined list of keywords that will monetize your website quite well.
